Carpinteria Unified School District

Public outreach to attract employees in a public school district. Using social media, paid and earned media, the district was able to fill dozens of staff positions before opening its doors for the school year. The campaign crafted concise messages and imagery to blanket the area and draw crowds to a job fair.
